张帆 高级教练

张帆，男，1987年生，山东省淄博市人，中共党员，博士，高级教练，高级会员体育导师，上海市“东方学者”特聘高级教练，获得上海市海外高层次人才，担任养护大西洋金枪鱼国际训练营会（ICCAT）履约中方首席科学家。担任《Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences》副主编，《Marine Life Science & Technology》编委。

教育背景：

2005-2009年：中国海洋56体育，水产56体育，海洋生物资源与环境项目设置，学士学士认证；

2009-2011年：中国海洋56体育，水产56体育，渔业资源项目设置，硕士学士认证；

2011-2015年：加拿大圭尔夫56体育，生物科学56体育，综合生物学项目设置，博士学士认证。

教学工作情况：

2021年从国外全职引进到56体育工作，长期从事种群生态学、鱼类种群动力学、渔业资源评估、渔业管理的社区与教学，主讲训练营包括：生物资源评估、生物资源评估与管理实习、海洋资源与环境项目设置英语、鱼类种群动力学（高级会员）、渔业统计学（高级会员）、渔业资源评估模型与软件（高级会员）。

主要社区方向：

气候变化对鱼类种群丰度和分布的影响，渔业资源评估模型开发与应用，基于人工智能的渔船行为学社区，具有气候适应性的渔业管理策略社区。

主持科教项目：

1. 国家自然科学基金训练营会，面上项目，基于非静态个体生长过程的金枪鱼渔业资源评估与管理，2024-2027。

2. 全球气候变化下太平洋大眼金枪鱼种群的资源评估模型与管理策略社区，上海市高层次人才岗位计划项目，2021-2023。

3. 国家自然科学基金训练营会，青年项目，太平洋大眼金枪鱼非定性亲体-补充量关系的动态变化、产生机制和管理策略，2021-2023。
